Hola everyone! I've been away from training/dieting for going on a year now and am finally in a position to hit it hard again and I just need some feedback from anyone who's willing to help a brother out.

I'm currently 205lb and I'm not even sure what my bf % is at. I'm guessing 20%+. Needless to say I want to get back to my 185lbs, 13-14% bf.

I'm currently doing resistance training 5 days a week with 30 mins of cardio 5x/week.

Diet is consisting of 3 meals a day. I want to get back up to 5-6 times, but I'm more concerned about total calories at the moment.

Meal 1: 2 eggs & 1/2 cup oatmeal with peanut butter
Meal 2: 1/2 cup cottage cheese & bannanna
Meal 3: 6 oz of chicken/red meat or fish and small potato

Looks to me like you are not eating enough!! Your BMR is likely somewhere around 2500 calories - and I doubt your getting that in the three meals you listed. If you under-eat too severly your poor body will respond by sacrificing muscle and hoarding body fat.
 
i agree with stryc
up your carbs
esp good fats and protien
your meal two should be a snack not a main meal... and add some nutsor flax meal to it
instead of a potato have a sweet potato
also need some leafy veggies in there
try for meal two a large green salad with a can or two of tuna, some broccoli, grated cheddar and good mayo
have some cottage cheese before bed
and add a few supps
omega369, zinc, selenium, etc.....check out mr. X or swolecat's sites
