I'm going to be travelling around Europe for a week and I'm leaving tomorrow. I'm getting of a mild steriod cycle but the stuff will still be working in my body while I'm on the road.
So I was thinking if I couldn't somehow reap the benifits of all that resting by doing a grueling workout tonight, a workout that would take me around 3 hours to complete (yeah, like when you start to train and get addicted kind of .
Nothing overly scientific, just warmpup, bench, biceps, drink gatorate and eat protein, 20 min on the eclipse machine, deadlift, cable crossovers, shoulders, another 15 min on the eclipse, another gatorate, dips and tricep extensions.
That oughta make me grow some?
Ofcourse the diet will stay as clean as possible, but I'm hoping this will stress my body enough so it'll be recovering those few days.
Another thing, I have only be training with high intensity for 6 weeks, if it would have been 8-9 weeks I might have just thought about having a nice time and allow my body to recuparate, but that's not an option as of now.
