How long have you been following this diet & training? What has it accomplished for you so far? I.e. is it working?
From your pictures, your build looks like you tend to carry your bodyfat in your middle -this means as you cut bodyfat, it is going to be the last place where you see the results - its not that you aren't losing bodyfat (if you are in fact losing it) but rather that because the concentration of fat cells is greater in your mid section, the % loss won't be as apparent there until you become leaner -- so just keep up w/ the diet & training and it will come.
You said you've gained about 10 lb of weight since last year. Have you increased your muscle on this diet / training? And also I dont' know anything about this hormone imbalance you mentioned - has the doctor said if this is affecting your ability to gain / lose weight or bodyfat?
