Need help with program

why would you bench and curl before doing c&j??

Because I would like to know what my max bench is so that I know if I'm going up in weight every week. As for curls, I feel that they don't really effect clean and jerks and give me time to recover from the bench. Clean and jerks kill me when I do them and sprints have nothing on them which is why I have them on there for both days. Maybe this isn't an ideal way to do it ... what would you suggest? I have always done them only once a week and usually on leg days so I'm mixing it up a little.
