Need help to find new diet.....

Kinda feel unmotivated in the last two week and just started to eat crap on daily basis, I need some new diet what I can stick with a while......2 weeks ago I was still on CKD but doesn't really fit me.....so I would need a diet plan with low carbs...under 100g or less and will start to do cardio 4-5 times for 20 min after lifting.
My goal is to have my ABS showin again:D
Would appeciate any advice or a meal plan!
Thanks.

If you are not going to do a Keto type diet, then I would Reccomend HIT. Thats when you sprint as hard as you can as far as you can, then walk back to your original position, and then repeat.

Eat only good carbs. Up the fat and protien. 45 protien 20 carbs 35 fat. Try not to mix the high carbs and fat in the same meal. Always eat your protein with carbs or fat, cuz eating it alone will have allot of it converting to glucose. Take good EFAs like flax oil or eat lots of nuts, These fats really help you get lean.

Suppliments should be a multivitamin and CLA or ALCAR.

I would also have a moderate Carb refeed if you feel really drained, only about once a week

whatever diet you chose man you gotta work hard at it
and expect plateaus
2 weeks is not a long time for a plateau
and are you going by the scale or how you look in the mirror or how your clothes fit

i plateaued this month
i switched back from ckd to atkins and still at a plateau even redid induction

what i discovered is that my workouts which are now 5 days a week instead of twice as i did at the start is the culprit

i stayed at 240 all month
but i lost body fat and gained muscles
the trainer said i lost a whole precent in body fat
and another inch off my waistline

so maybe you gained muscle bro

stick to your guns :cold:
don't jump ship right away
and get a support group
people that remind you that you are looking better each day
and ask you how the diet is going
perhaps do a refeed every other week
atkins allows no refeed this works for me since i am not really trying to bulk up but rather loose weight
right now i am 5 foot 5
and my lean body mass is 187
still at 5% would put me almost 200
that is still too much for my much abused knees, ankles and feet to handle
by the way i started at 275 back in august

You can do something simple, and effective:

Day 1-6:
weight x 12
50%p/20%c/30%f

Day 7: (refeed)
60%carbs/30%p/10%f
weight x 18

foods:

carbs: oatmeal, yams, green veggies, sweet potatoes, beans
protein: lean meats: chicken, turkey, beef, fish, eggs, protein powders
fats: walnuts, almonds, (animal fat of course), flaxseed oil, pumpkin seed oil, olive oil

Mr.X's plan is sound (duh!).
If you want to keep carbs at a low level, then opt for something like a TKD. Consume carbs to support your elevated energy expenditure, ie weight lifting, high intensity sports/cardio. Complex carbs before training with moderate/low fats to provide energy and simpler carbs with no fats after training when you have the most increased insuling sensitivity, and need to blunt cortisol secretion.
rest of the day pro+fats.
On the other hand you could opt for a CKD, but instead have a refeed e4d: elevated energy levels (glycogen refueled), happy thyroid and leptin levels - > keep burning!
