What would be a good excersice immediately after flat bench barbell?
I usually do some skull-crushers, close grips, press-downs, and some shoulder db's....... Im mostly training for Strength so need to increase my bench as much as possible......
Gotta start the Dips again... stopped for a while....
But .... Can dumbells get you you stronger than the barbell?
I thought dumbells Really helped with the stabilizer muscles mostly ... but other than that they worked mostly the same as the bar?
