But .... Can dumbells get you you stronger than the barbell?
I thought dumbells Really helped with the stabilizer muscles mostly ... but other than that they worked mostly the same as the bar?
It’s the stabilizing muscles that make the difference in strength. Try using dumbbells during you flat bench for the next couple of months, you’ll be blown away when you go back to barbell bench.
