Corn flakes probably not the best choice.

Need something handy, easy, mostly all protein - like a meat of some kind. I just gotta eat something before sleep.

Any help?

Beef jerkey, cottage cheese, Special K Protein Plus, can of tuna, or my favorite: deli sliced turkey breast w/ fat free mayo on a whole wheat tortilla with a bunch of jalapenos, peppers, sliced portabella mushrooms, fat-free cheese, tomatoes, spinach leaves topped w/ a fat-free Italian Zesty Dressing. Damn, I'm hungry now! :Chef:

[EDIT] Also, check this thread out for some good tips for protein pudding!=> http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?t=539425

Egg whites, tuna, low-sugar protein bar, ANPB, etc. Lots of good choices. Iusually go with a prot bar and some ANPB.

Cottage cheese topped with sliced almonds or Sunflower seed kernels
Casein shake or whey shake with ANPB

I also like to mix a little ANPB with a touch of sugar free Honey and then spread it on celery sticks. It is very tastey......

Great. I was kinda expecting someone to say 'just go to sleep hungry, you pussy!' and I was inclined to agree with them.

Just that when you get to that time of night you get so fricking crazy hungry you will eat almost anything and break your perfect diet, and you just can't take one more GD friggin protein shake because you had three or four of them already that day.

You know - Costco also sells lean white-meat turkey burgers....they are frozen and packaged individually in the bag.......cook some of them up and keep em in the fridge so about 40-50 secs in the 'wave will heat them up nicely.....dip in mustard with some sort of a veggie (green beans tossed with vinegar & spices or some spinach) and that's a pretty easy meal to get down B4 bed.....
