need advice on disproportionate muscles

hi all....ive had this problem for a while now and need some advice

my muscles on my dominant right side are "hard" and defined
my muscles on my left side have more mass to them and are bigger than my right

my right side is stronger than my left, but my right side is smaller in size than my left

how do i even them out without using uneven weights?

i had bad form for my left side when i was younger so i never increased the weight for my right to try and stay even, and by never increasing the weight over the years i think gave my right side more of a "cardio" effect and made them small and hard....now that my form for my left is fine it gained bigger muscle mass....and this goes for literally every single muscle

This is true of everyone to varying degrees. The only way to ensure both sides are getting equal training is to keep them isolated. Dumbell work, machines that you can do 1 hand at a time, and cables used this way as well. I never recomend working one side more than the other, because I think using an isolation approach will bring balance in time. Of course, your diet needs to be spot on to ensure muscular growth overall.
