Alright I am 16, about to turn 17 in a month.
5'10" 140 lbs
I am joining the Marine Corps in around a year and a half.
I want to get prepared physically and in general get BIG, cut, ripped, etc.
Ive been 'sorta' lifting for around 2 months but I want to get a new real workout and I want to be able to workout AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
Can someone help me make a workout or provide me with one fit for ME?
