Need a New Routine

Alright I am 16, about to turn 17 in a month.
5'10" 140 lbs
I am joining the Marine Corps in around a year and a half.
I want to get prepared physically and in general get BIG, cut, ripped, etc.
Ive been 'sorta' lifting for around 2 months but I want to get a new real workout and I want to be able to workout AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
Can someone help me make a workout or provide me with one fit for ME?
 
Well you say that you want to excel at your Marine Corps PT test but that you also want to get big and ripped. Those are fairly counter-productive goals, especially in a year and a half. If you want to max your run it's going to be pretty hard if you're a huge guy. I think at this point you really should concentrate on core strength and compound lifts, while incorporating a crossfit program.

And I'm sure it doesn't need to be said but doing a variety of pullups is a must :)
