Need a critique on my new Training Program!!!

ok bros i need some cronsructive critisism on my new training program.....its out of the Jan edition of flex mag called "size odyssey". I changed it a little bit to formulate to my training style and limitations. So here it is:

Monday: Legs + 30mins cardio
1) squats 5 x 15
2) leg press "
3) leg curls "
4) leg ext "
5) calve raises 5 x 8-10

Tuesday:
30 mins cardio and abs

Weds: chest + shoulders + 30 mins cardio
chest:
1) bench 4 x 6
2) inc db press 3 x8
3) flyes "

shoulders:
1) military press 5x5
2) seated db raises 3x8
3) flyes 3x8
4) db shrugs 4x6

thursday:
same as tuesday

friday: back + arms+ 30mins cardio
back:
1) deadlifts 4x6
2) t-bar rows 4x8
3) close grip pulldowns 3x8

bi's:
1) bb curls 5x6
2) inc db curls "

tri's:
1) close grip bench 5x8
2) pushdowns "

saturday:
same as tuesday and thursdays

i want to do this routine in conjunction with the ckd diet, my goal is to shread about 35-40lbs by January. Now is this overtraining or is this a shitty routine?? I just finished off a 3 day split and i just wanted to try something new. What do you guys think?????:)
 
That looks like a ton to me. On a ckd, your muscles aren't going to have the glycogen stores you are used to, and yet you are going to do 5 sets of squats, followed by 5 sets of leg presses.

Hell, I know people that do 2 sets of 20 rep squats, and they gain, and there is no way in hell they could do more squats or leg presses.

Also, if you are on a ckd, you should work out your whole body in two days. Half one day, the other half the next. The sooner you get rid of your muscle glycogen, the sooner you get to fat loss.

If you want to do a MWF kind of routine, you should look into a targeted ketogenic diet (tkd).
