ok bros i need some cronsructive critisism on my new training program.....its out of the Jan edition of flex mag called "size odyssey". I changed it a little bit to formulate to my training style and limitations. So here it is:
Monday: Legs + 30mins cardio
1) squats 5 x 15
2) leg press "
3) leg curls "
4) leg ext "
5) calve raises 5 x 8-10
Tuesday:
30 mins cardio and abs
Weds: chest + shoulders + 30 mins cardio
chest:
1) bench 4 x 6
2) inc db press 3 x8
3) flyes "
shoulders:
1) military press 5x5
2) seated db raises 3x8
3) flyes 3x8
4) db shrugs 4x6
thursday:
same as tuesday
friday: back + arms+ 30mins cardio
back:
1) deadlifts 4x6
2) t-bar rows 4x8
3) close grip pulldowns 3x8
bi's:
1) bb curls 5x6
2) inc db curls "
tri's:
1) close grip bench 5x8
2) pushdowns "
saturday:
same as tuesday and thursdays
i want to do this routine in conjunction with the ckd diet, my goal is to shread about 35-40lbs by January. Now is this overtraining or is this a shitty routine?? I just finished off a 3 day split and i just wanted to try something new. What do you guys think?????
