42 protein ( bovine, Egg, Victorain milk)
32 garbs ( Sweat potato , mod6 , 2 grams stevia)
9 grams good EFA fats I think I will have to check on that but if you do that math you can figure it out.

18 servings per 3lb bag. Or you can split that and still get 210 caps for 36 servings. With still better nutritional facts then 90% of the shakes out there.
