My urine wreaks like amonia!

Hey guys, Im not on a CKD or any specific type of KETO diet... and had no plans of going into ketosis... however, lately, My piss absolutely wreaks like amonia... I thought I've read somewhere that that is a sympton of ketosis.... I've been taking in roughly 100-150g carbs a day... unless i over calculated....
Does anybody elses piss smell like this?
any idea why?

ever since i started taking ALA my piss has stunk pretty bad. I have the same effect when I eat asparagus..

i read that some people do not have this gift..

You know what.... I just started taking ALA when my piss started smelling... thanks for the input... can anyone else delve a little deeper into the amonia smelling piss mystery?

like amonia? asparagus does cause stinky pee but I didn't think of it as amonia.

ALA gives the bad pee smell. Do a search on ALA and urine or piss or whatever

i started ala this week and my pee was very chemicaly in odour and i was scared lol
im glad im not the only one

I think this means you are using protein for fuel.

Stop Drinking amonia, its not good for you
