I am pushing hard and when weak on the bench I will use the slingshot to force through reps. I have heard differing takes on increasing deca from 200 to 300 deca and only a small increase of 60mg of test. Apart form that I’m grinding 6 days a week with good form and as much weight as I can move with good form.
Special plans this weekend leg day on Saturday my favorite!!! And a rest day followed with some youth soccer.
When should I plan to increase weights or hold the weight?
I am feeling strong overall but flat bench isn’t where it was a few weeks back.
