I live in Tennessee.
I can get I pint cartons of organic egg whites pretty cheap at Costco, pasteurized so I can add fruit and water and get good protein. Once weather cools off I usually eat a plate of eggs with some turkey sausage.
They are brutal, felt like my biceps were going to explode, I like it. This morning though my arms look tighter and more cut.I will incorporate this high rep set into every muscle group I do. Any ideas for legs finishing, walking lunges possibly with a couple smaller kettlebells perhaps?
