Quick update, first test/deca dose done, 25mg Proviron taken.
I loaded half ml deca first then proceeded to load test, I ran out of the compounding test not a big deal so I grabbed a grab vial of 250 cyp and proceeded to load it up and then pinned it.
Immediately I knew something was up, and I foolishly added extra thinking I was still pulling the weaker test. I pinned and extra 35mg test. Should Thursday’s dose just be taken back down to 135mg or do I run is slightly higher for close to 300mg per week? I am okay with either, I just made a foolish mistake.

I’m trying to get carbs a lot lower , fats higher and I’m noticing I feel hungrier after a few days. Still on the fence with protein hearing 200-400 per day from several of you.
