thanks in advance

curious why only 2 days aweek workout??what about :

chest/shoulders
back
rest
arms
legs
rest
or group the bodyparts how ever you want, just try a 4 day a week instead of 2.you can do chest /shoulders,back /bi's ,shoulders,legs...were you limited to time??

Well i'm not really limited by time, but i feel if i'd do for example a split like

chest/shoulder
back/bis
legs/arms

i would be for example hitting arms three times per week, due to indirectly working them on back/chest days aswell and since the arms basically are small bodyparts i figure if i'd have a day just for arms i'd toss in so many exercises and/or sets that i'd be overtraining very easily...

but it could be good, perhaps i'll give it a go for a couple of weeks and see if it works!
