dependent on calorie restriction, tolerance and response. this is a moderate to lower-high dosage, so calorie restriction or increased effort level should be above average.
he's doing a cutting diet (low,almost no carb) with training every 5 days on 2 days off per week. he does cardio in the AM on empty stomach around 4-5times a week.
