Yeah, do CKD instead...lol...I personally think this diet is detremental.....sure you'll lose the lbs, but you'll be neglecting your body of essential vitamins and nutrients....just my .02......

Very true, but I think thats why Mr. X recommended it only be used for about 3 weeks at a time. Plus your getting a great deal of the lost vitamins and minerals from the supplements Mr. X also advises to take. In any case, good luck moonstompin!

I found that ckd is alittle harsh on me, aside from being expensive at almost 100 dollars a week, i get really hungary on the diet and i eat the appropiate amount of cals, fat ,pro. in any case, im only running this diet for 10 weeks and then switching to a traditional pre-contest diet with carbs.

You need to switch your protein powder. I know that Opt. Nut. is cheap, but it only takes about an hour to digest; whereas a milk casein protein powder stays in your system for about 3 hours. It's just like eating a solid protein. If you're spreading apart your meals every three hours, you could become catabolic.

I must be missing something. It looks to me that you are taking in protein powder, peanut butter, a couple of supplements and that's all? I sure hope not. You need to have solid food. The thermogenic effect will help you burn more calories for one and for two a piece of chicken or steak tastes a hell of a lot better than some protein powder. How far out are you from your contest? You need to eat and I probably would do more cardio than 30 minutes a day with BF% in the range that yours is. If you can do cardio in the morning, that would be the most beneficial. It will keep you metabolism a little higher through out the day. I would do that in addition to, not instead of what you are already doing.
