My plan; is it good?

I'm gonna try out a few things and see what works...

Here's what im gonna do:

Routine; Diet (8-12 weeks each)

German Body Composition; Delta 1250 ( http://t-mag.com/html/body_59abcde.html )

4 day split; 3500 calories (60% Protein, 30% carbs, 10% fats)

4 day split (Supersets, less rest); 3000 calories (Same %'s)

Meltdown Training; T-Dawg

HIT; 3500 calories (60/30/10)

What do you guys think of this?

I switch things up a lot, so that's good..
