I might just add 225mg a week to start of tren A. I do have some TBol coming for the last part of my cycle too
I actually like 100mgs trenbolone to start 2 weeks bro then jump into 200 mix
 
Ok so below is my leg training from just before jumping on cycle 6 weeks ago vs today in bold. both 6am training.

Single leg - alternating Hammer strength iso lateral leg press, free weight loaded

Prone leg hamstring curl

Leg extension -

I trained yesterday morning but just did bits and pieces . Body a bit sore. So just did a couple of each body group upper body.

Peck deck
Hammer curls dumbbell
Tricep rope pull down
Bicep dumbbell curl
Reverse curls Tricep


Will do side by side comparison workouts next week compared to pre cycle .
