Approved Log My ongoing blast and cruise log

✅ Log update: Saturday - LEGS-B

💜 Happy Saturday EF FAM, this morning was my second leg session of the week: legs-b and this is always with hamstring bias movement patters.

📊 workout was good, progression on all moments and execution is still currently increasing, I expect this to dip off as I get towards the end of this cut.

📉 Fat loss still tending down however numbers are coming to a hault as my body seems to be recomping slightly, despite caloric defect being quite low at the moment.

🐼 I’ll try and get a proper physique update next week.

@Yuri1 My goodness, those are some massive calves. You've got veins sticking out. And they are absolutely huge.

@Yuri1 Really impressive with the calves. You've got some very unique vascularity. It's like the veins are popping out all directions. It's crazy.
 
✅ Log update: Friday - PULL-B

📊 Friday is always my second pull session of the week and that is slight bias on upper back movement patterns.

✔️ Workout was amaizng, yet extremely taxing. I’m really trying to force a major focus on execution on the moments and say goodbye to any ego that use to be in my movements or lifts.

✔️ The biggest thing thing I wanted to do when returning after this major injury was set myself up for a new body building journey, and each week we’re getting a tad closer.
