πŸ”₯ Happy start to the week brothers, hope everyone day was off to a killer start!

πŸ“Š 1st rest day of the week for me so nothing to exciting to report, feels much needed since I’ve been pushing up harder then I have before in the last two weeks with adjustments to my coach, new programming and larger increase in food. Feeling incredible and making more progress in the last two weeks then I have in years.

Keeping active and steps at 10k still today, carbs slightly down on rest days but plenty of food to keep me ticking over.

πŸ’£ 4am killer leg session this morning, Thos is my second leg session for the week with my new programming and new coach - could not be happier with the amount of progression we are making in such a short period of time.

πŸ“Š I’ll have much more comprehensive updates with the changes over the next few weeks, right now I’m focusing on trying to perfect the new system and style of training.

βœ… Food has been going up weekly, and at an all time high whole body composition is stll holding on all thing considered.

βœ… TD calories currently at 4,500 and climbing. Appetite and digestion are going strong with hunger still high and zero issues digesting any of my meals.

Thanks bro, so I bulk prep all the meat, rice and potatoes once a week

Then each evening I make up the meals for the next day with them, so only prep once a week - but weigh them out and make them up each day (only because I couldn’t fit that many containers in my fridge at once haha)

Hola if I can help with ideas or tips bro, my meals same 7 days a week so not to much change but I enjoy them for sure

πŸ“Š Smashing though the week and had a killer 4am push workout this morning, old injury creeping up a tad as I’ve been going up so quick reality check this week as it’s only been a few months since I’ve had the all clear to train again - will keep a close eye on it as tendon is flaring up.

β˜‘οΈ Today is my new rest day, had killer updates from coach and we’ve swapped my 2 rest days around to accommodate the leg training the following day

πŸ“Š food was bumped up again this week, so carbohydrates now sitting at 800g a day and climbing

βž• things are progressing at a much faster rate then I would have thought- I’ll have some cool comparisons in a few more weeks once we’ve got everything dialled in.
