Ok, i got a new diet from my trainer and wanted opinions. I personnaly don't think there is enough calories, to much protein, and i don't like fish. but he insists i go through this diet for a month. My goal is to gain lean muscle mass, i currently weigh 153 lbs, i lost 2 lbs last month on his previous diet.

Meal 1: 1.5 cups Total cereal with skim milk and blueberries, and 8 egg whites

Meal 2: 8 oz tilapia, 1 cup green beans

Meal 3: 40 gr protein shake, 1 tbsp flax seed oil

Meal 4: 8 oz chicken (cooked wt), 3/4 cup white rice (cooked amount), and 1 pineapple ring.

Meal 5: 5 oz tuna and 2 cup spinach salad

Meal 6: 30 gr protein shake, b12, and a thermogenic
Then train

Post training: 8 oz ground sirloin, 8 oz baked potato

Meal 8: 6 oz cod, asparagus

Meal 9 (pre bed) : 9 egg white with 4 tbsp salsa

Any opinions?

i agree, i ate 2 a day last month. but for some reason this trainer insists on baked potatos.

I think its because its your post workout meal, so you actualy want to replenish as fast as possible. A quicker digesting carb is better.
