My kne pain went away with squats?

Roadblock

New member
I´ve been playing soccer a few times and it resulted in a knee pain on the inside of my right knee. It was hard to climb up staiirs or jump but yesterday I did squats and now it´s completley gone. What´s up with this?

squats stretch and thciken the knee ligaments (in a good way), so it probably moved some things out of the way of nerve pathways? :)

thanks dude that makes alot of sense because I was wondering the exact same thing.

the cool thing is that squats should fix most knee problems

Before i started lifting about 5 years ago now, I was pretty serious into running. To make a long and boring story shot, I had injured my knee cartlege from the constant impact of running. The doctor told me that the cartlege had be softened, and that thee was no way to heal it.

Since i started weigt training (and avoiding running) the knee has been pretty good.

Has anyone else had this type of injury?
