Up your jogging to every other day, without missing days, and your endurance will go way up.

You're not jogging often enough to build endurance

Wish I knew myself. I hate running but my job requires me to run.

I like playing racketball (sp) it allows me to keep up a high heart rate with out being bored. Mountian baiking is great too.

Dude, you ask for help and then when someone does offer some suggestions you try and be a smart ass about it, then you go on an insult the Canadians on this board. Smart. Your question is stupid.

This is not a "running little fags" board (no offense to the homosexuals). This is a bodybuilding board.

And what makes you think winny will increase endurance? Endurance is related more to cardiovascular ability than anythig else.

I would suggest EPO and TONS of it. (Stack it with 50iu of slin if you'd like)

Counterstrike, though this is not AS related I will still try to help you out. No AS-type drug it going to help you out if that is what you are looking for, except maybe a CNS(ephedrine). I do feel jogging/running is great cardio that boosts metabolism and does help your endurance in the gym (assuming you are not doing both on the same day). Here are some of things that I did that helped to increase my time.

1) Buy some good running shoes and some comfortable socks. Good running shoes help to reduce fatigue on the shins and knees. It makes a big difference.

2) If you can afford one, get yourself one of those portable MP3 players and play 4-5 songs that motivate you. Running is boring, so this will keep your mind from saying "this really sucks".

3) I like running at night on well-lit streets. That way people won't really notice you struggling. It is a psychological thing.

4) Yes, doing some wind-sprints at least once a week will improve your speed. Try 10 50-100m sprints initially.

5) Set a goal. Sign up for some future 5K runs(3.1 miles). Once you get your ass smoked by some 12yo girls a few times, that will really get you motivated to improve your time. Most of all stick to your goal and tell people about it. G'Luck!
