Metal Gear said:
I think I strained my outside forearm from curling and it's affecting all my workouts. No matter what movement it gets real tight and kills my grip. What do you guys recommend to hill this injury faster?

- suck it up biatch:p LOL..j/k,,,,,,, its part of the game and you must learn to deal with it and push harder. but seriously all i can suggest is stretch, consume more protien, stretch, and eat lots of banana's:p (for the potassium)

Metal-Trenbelone is unsurpassed as an anti-gluccocorticoid agent. While this has some extremely positive benefits,it can also cause problems.Severely depressing cortisol can lead to a suppression in synovial fluid output, which in turn leads to very achy joints. If the problem persists, you might want to back off slightly on the tren dosage and see what happens,or toss a small amount of deca in there(as deca seems to impart cortisol-like effects in the joints, likely through catalyzing synovial fluid excretion).

Wow I didn't know that about fina. Thanks Huck. I'm already off fina but unfortanately I switch it some ofther stuff including Winny which won't help me either. Got to get some deca for this I guess.

Great assessment. But as an FYI, I'm on 300mg Decca and I'm getting the same thing. It doesn't seem to help at all.
Like I said before, it's not as bad now that I've stopped the dbol but it still fuckin hurts. Letting go of the bar at the end of my last rep fucking KILLS :redhot:.

I HAD that when i was younger i think it because of under developed forearms your biceps are sronger than your muscles in your forearm cause much strain on your tendons and bones beef up the forearms it helped me:fro:

That's exactly my point. that's the same reason why you get them at your shins because they are underdeveloped compared to your legs and claves. My flexor muscles are extremly big but my extensors are not as develped and I belive that's why they start hurting. The best excersise I found helps develop the extensor muscle is the reverse wrist curls. Not everybody does this excersise. Most people do wrist curls but not reverse ones.
