My forearms are killing me...help!

I think I strained my outside forearm from curling and it's affecting all my workouts. No matter what movement it gets real tight and kills my grip. What do you guys recommend to hill this injury faster?
 
I have these - shinsplints of the forearms.

Gbus it fuckin hurts! :redhot:

I stopped the dbol and they've gotten better but even the decca doesn't help.

What gear are you on?
 
YES!!! That's exactly how it feels. Shinsplints on my forearm!!!!! I was on A-50, fina and Insulin and just switched to winny, EQ, Test prop, Clen and T3 but my forearms were hurting before the swtich. My workout partner has the same problem and he's on some other stuff. HELP!
 
Yes I get that, and I know most people I talk to do aswell.

It's soft tissue damage, best remedy for it? Rest em!!

bro, you gotta rest until they heal... If you continue to workout they will get worse. I had to take 2 weeks off cause my forearm was killing me everytime I lifted. Rest, trust me it's the only remedy.
 
That sucks...What if you take a few extra strength tylenol before your workout. Be careful though because acetominophen is harsh on the liver.
 
I got the same problem it's so annoying even if I take a break it still comes back. It got especially worse when I was on d-bol.
 
I used to have the same problem even before I ever tried any gear.

Your only solution is rest.

For me it started with either preacher culrs or standing barbell curls. I was getting too strong and my bones/tendons could not handle it and it felt just like shin splints.


It problably really kills you after you put the barbell down.
