My First Pins (Test E and extreme soreness)

Ok, where I had done my left quad Saturday, I had to call in to work today. I can hardly bend my leg. It is red, tight, and very painful. Fml seriously.

it was probably me, over the yrs i found that aspirating was a waste of time.

+1. The movement can cause painful tissue damage which could be contributing to OP's issues. Today, nurses and medical professionals are taught to never aspirate.

freakshow85, I'd also recommend you give delts a shot. I've found injecting about .5 to 1 inch to the rear (from the normal middle delt line) causes virtually no soreness with 1ml every day... more with a lower frequency.
 
I pinned my delt yesterday afternoon with a 1", went almost all the way in. I can handle this kind of PIP, it's not really too bad. It's the first time I've pinned my delt, so "virgin muscle" considered, I'm very happy with how it's feeling right now.

My quad, on the other hand, has made me miserable. I've been damn near immobile for 10 days now, from my right quad, and now my left quad. Actually had to call into work this morning, my job is 100% standing and walking. I was limping it out, but last night it was worse, and this morning I knew I wasn't going to make it.

I took some Benadryl this morning, along with some Ibuprofen, and it's helped a noticeable amount. It's helped more than when I have taken Ibuprofen alone for it. But, it could all just be coincidence.

I've also read a lot of people just can't do quad shots. Whether it's their (and my) technique, the gear, or what, some people say they just can not handle quad shots, it cripples them. I dunno what it is, but I doubt I will ever attempt a quad shot again if I live through this.
 
Well I'm in same spot but mine is a little different pinned Monday 2cc sust 325 no pain redness everything good but today wed it's very sore and I'm feeling groggy and not very motivated to do much any thoughts
 
My left quad is still red, tight, swollen. My left delt is now red mid ways down onto some of my bicep... kinda rectangularish. Can anyone tell me if this is normal for a first timer or am I having a reaction to something in the gear? Or is it straight up dirty gear?

I occasionally get slightly red, non-elevated areas that move across my delts/bis over time. Usually from prop with oils I react poorly to. In my cases, the gear was clean; I just don't respond well to grapeseed oil and sesame to a lesser degree when it leaks into subq tissue.

Do you have oil drip out after injection? Practice z-track and keep that oil IM the best you can.
 
I'll look into ztrack, although I haven't bled or dripped anywhere, yet.

This patch on my delt/arm has me concerned, though. It's warm, it looks like a sun burn. It's like... From the point of injection, 6 inches down my arm in a squarish patch. What bell does this ding for you guys? Leaning more towards an irritation from a substance since I'm not abscessing?

Also, I should say that through my pushing, when I'm almost done pushing it all in over 20 - 25 seconds, it starts to burn ever so slightly that last 4 or 5 seconds. I just figured that was normal, guess I can ask now.

Bro its got to be the mix doing this. None of this shit is normal. I pin every week, and on blasts multiple times a week with no pip at all and zero redness. That alcohol content or the oil must be what's getting you. If it was dirty gear you'd be sick by now. Did you dilute it before you pinned like I suggested? If you did and it didn't work then trash it and get some from a different source. This is why you have to be weary of those super concentrated blends. Some people don't know what the hell they are doing and can't brew it right.
 
i just read this and having the same problem so trying to cook it although i dont have any 18g doing it with a 21g see how that works today is another pin and not looking forward to soreness for days my last test E cycle was perfect no soreness at all and could workout for day i hope this works
 
Not to bring back an old thread but great read for newbees... Virgin muscle hurts like hell, good to know its a normal thing for first timers.
