This is my first cycle.. Just had a few questions if you could please help me out. I'd appreciate all the feedback I can get lol thank you
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 155 lbs
BF: 28%
Age: 21
Years training: 3
Avg caloric intake: 1800 (off) 2100 (on)
Anavar Only
Week 1: 5 mg x 7
Week 2: 7.5 mg x 3 then 10 mg x 4
Week 3-12: 10 mg x 7
Week 13: 5 mg x 3 then 2.5 mg x 4
Week 13-16/18: Nolvadex 5 mg ED
Should I taper up with Anavar or is it not necessary?
Is 5 mg of Nolvadex a proper dosage & would it be okay to do Clenbuterol 100 mcg/day during Weeks 13-17, 2 weeks on 1 week off 2 weeks on to take advantage of the low estrogen levels to burn off some fat at the end?
I know a high protein diet is ideal.. what percentages of the macronutrients are best.. i.e. 40/40/20 or 50/30/20? (pro,carb,fat)
Any other advice would be greatly appreciated !
