I'm 30 years old and have been lifting since I was 17 off and on.. was a top 10 state weightlifter in my very large state of FL in high school and was county champ by a mile.. I'm the hardest working guy at the gym.
anyway i started 1st of Dec... was 5 6 155 pounds 9% bf.. benching a solid 235.. very strong for my size and built cut with very little body fat thanks to a strict diet and plenty of cardio
finishing my 3rd week of a 10 week cycle of deca, sust and dbol. started the dbol on the 3rd week. started the deca first and started the sust end of first week..
right now i am doing 400 a week deca.. split up in 2 shots.. 500 a week sust split up in 3 shots EOD and skipping 3 days on the weekend. so M, W, F. and taking just 15-20mg of dbol per day split up in 3 or 4 doses as i dont want to mess with my liver too much.
my workouts are fierce as they've always been. i hit every muscle group within a 2 day span and I'm in the gym 1.5 hours a day 6X a week. i also throw in cardio.. 1 mile a day which is nothing considering i was running 30 miles a week a year ago.
my stats are now 5 6 174.. bf 14%. benching 260 and my shirts dont fit me anymore.. my waist hasn't gotten larger. i can definately tell my arms and chest/shoulders are much larger and my gf was shocked after not seeing me for a week how much i've changed.
i plan on going for 7 weeks then easing down the deca on the 8th week and then just keeping sust for weeks 9 and 10 along with dbol.. then 5 weeks of nolvadex 40mg a day for 3 weeks then 20mg for 2 weeks.
not gonna post my entire diet for the day as i mix things up but to give you an idea of how much i have been eatings this is what I ate this morning for breakfast
2 oz protein shake
2 whole grain waffles with blueberries and a few drops of honey
4 whole grain Ezekial bread slices
4 slices organic turkey breast, 3 slices of tomato, 1 cup raw spinach
thoughts? opinions? flames?
I'm a big believer every BODY is different and different people will get different results.. that is a big moto of mine.. I wanted to share my experience for my first stack and see what you guys thought.
I'm getting as much sleep as I can but that is my one side effect I have noticed especially after starting the sust.. I am up at 5am and ready to pump which cuts into my sleeping time.
my goal is 190 and benching 300.. but i dont want my bf% to go up very much cause I am proud of my figure and dont want a gut like so many other weightlifters i see at the gym although I understand putting on fat is gonna happen.
i was using a 23G 1.5 inch needle in my deltoid and glutes.. i stopped the deltoid as it would make me sore and hurt my workouts.. the glutes are fine.. tried my quads and those hurt after also. i switched up to a 25G 1 inch needle recently.. being that i dont have much fat to go.
not sure what else to add but would love to hear some opinions if you think my cycle can use some tweaking.
