My diet program ...

Meal 1 -
7 eggs white
Steam white rice or sweet potato

Meal 2 -
1 scoop of iso 100

Meal 3 -
Steam rice with 3 chicken breast or grill fish or tuna With vegatables

Meal 4 - ( be4 gym )
Noodles plain with turkey

Meal 5 - ( after gym )
1 scoop of iso 100

Meal 6 -
2 or 3 chicken breast with vegatables
Or 2 cans or tuna with vegatables

This is my diet if you guyz think i should remove or include stuffbin my diet please do tell me will appreciatte it thank you ... !
 
What's your goal?
1. I would replace rice with oatmeal, cuz oats have a lot of fiber and white rice doesn't.
2. Iso 100 is too fast protein and it will go right through you, u can add some fish oil or flax oil or something to slow down digestion, or better option is to have a blend protein cuz it will digest slower, syntha 6, prov 60 and so on.

5. U can add dextrose if ur bulking or some other carbs
6. Cool, u can substitute with cottage cheese, 0% fat.

I would add some flax or fish oil.

My goal is to lose the fat and water in my body .. I want abit of bulkin and more firming if u no wat i mean .. My supplements are -
Multi vitmans dymantize
Amino acid dymantiZe
Glutamine dymantize
L-carnatine dymantize
Aminal cuts
Iso 100 protein dymantize
Zma optimum nutrition

And bout the protein ur rite its too fast but has 0 carbs 0 fat and high protein which is good for me after workout , but if im ganna drink it in between meals i think its not a good idea need to include sumthing with it
 
Ok than replace rice with oatmeal, keep isoo 100 for postworkout, and buy some protein blend like I said for between meals.
Drop noodles lol
And add some carbs like oats or yam with postworkout meal.

Take super multi 2x1 tab
Iso 100 postworkout
Zma 30mins before bed on empty stomach.
Bcaa and glutamine 10g each 20min before gym.
Take animal cuts like it says on the box. Although there r much better far burners nowdays.
L carnitine for fat loss is crap, but is good for general health.

Take 0.5 tablespoon of flax oil a day with meals that dont have carbs, and I would add minimum 3 caps of fish oil a day, 6caps is better.

Can u write amounts of carbs in each meal?
 
Honestly i know its really important to count ur carbs , but i dont really cuz im bad at it .. i still dont no the exact way of counting .. And btw oatmeals do you do it with milk or water ? Thanx fr the advice i gana get me the flax oil and fish oil ... I know there are better fat burner than aminal cuts but dont no i like this one cuz it works good on me
 
Oats only with water, try to avoid milk products when cutting for max effect. I also add cinnamon on oats for taste.

Carbs in 100g (+- 2-3g):
Oats-60g
Rice-78g
Potato-20g
Pasta-78g

1 tablespoon of oats is about 6g carbs.

U should keep your protein at 1g per pound at least every day.
I eat cottage cheese every day b4 bed, is 0% fat and 1g carbs.
When ur cutting one of the things thats the most important r carbs. The best thing is to do carb cycling.

I couldnt find the 0% fat cottage cheese i bought the low fat one .. So do u think is this one good for my diet ? And i should only eat it be4 gym or i can include it with my mealz too ?
 
Is ok if its low fat.
Eat it ony before bed cuz is slow release protein and is ideal for providing nutrients to your body over night.
U can sometimes eat it during day too, alone or mixed wih whey or tuna... But not too often.
