I've been out of the gym for awhile, and I just got back in Gym, and started taking Xenadrine EFX to lose fat. Anyways here is my workout, and I enjoy it...
Make sure to stretch all muscle areas except abs before workout.
Dumbell Press: 3 sets\80lb Dumbells\Failure on each set.
Dumbell Curls: 3 sets\55lb Dumbells\Failure on each set.
Leg Press Machine: 1st Set-320lbs\10 reps 2nd Set-360lbs
12 reps 3rd Set-400lbs 10 reps
Tricep Pulldown: 3 sets\80lbs\Failure on each set.
Pull Down Machine: 2 sets\165lbs\Failure.
Crunches: 2 sets on each Ab Area until failure.
Calf Raise Machine: 3 sets\395lbs\Failure.
Tred Mill: 2 Sets of Sprints on fastest speed.
I usually try to do this monday, wednesday, and friday, and Mix it with a little heathier diet than I had before, (NO POP).
Anyways I just got back in the gym, so not the best pics, but here.
