Hey board...Check out my Fall bulking diet...I'm at 209 now goal is 225 plus by Jan. 1. Here it is:
1)1/2 cup oatmeal w/ almonds and honey; 2 scoop shake
2) Quiznos Regular Sandwich of choice on wheat; baked lays; animal crackers/ sugar free reduced fat ice cream
3) 3 popcorn cakes; 6 tablespoons peanut butter; 2 scoop shake
4) 8 egg whites 1 yolk with cheese
5) 2 chicken breasts w/ choice of pasta, potato, or bread if no bread at lunch
6) 2 Stallone puddings w/ light whipped topping
7) Micell Edge Shake; handful of almonds
*My protein powder I use is Optimum Nutrition
Plus…3 slices of protein fudge whenever hungry (posted recipe in previous post)
Also, 1 gallon of water plus per day...
