I live in a tiny town, no gym, and I have a very weak ankle and knee, and to think I'm only 17. I have always played sports and now I am pretty much unable, not because of my ankle and knee, but because I have gotten very out of shape since my injuries. My legs are still in excellend shape, and also my lower arms. But I need some at home exercises for my abs, obliques, inner upper arms, and my inner thighs. Also, I get shin splints when I run, what can I do to stop these, and how to I start running? Distance? When to increase, etc. I would be very appreciative of help. Email me if you can help!
