My biceps just wont grow....almost loosing it.

Im almost loosing it here.
Have been traning for about 3,5years.
Good gains...
Increased strength...

My problems is that my bic´s are lagging BIG time.
Need help to get through this barrier.

Why dont ya start by letting everyone know what your currently doing for them?
 
ok this is my biceps-routine peformed once a week.

barbell curls - 3*6
dumbell curls - 3*6
cable curl - 3*10

thats about it ... sometimes i perform one extra exercise.
All sets are to falure.
 
First of all I would check to make sure your form is correct. Make sure your elbows stayed locked in to your sides. Also, no need to raise the bar to your face, your arm doesn't bend that far, you will only end up rotating your shoulders up.

can tell you right now that my arm dosnt bend all the way to my face...
so should I just curl until I cant bend it nomore...
 
HE HE, I had the same EXACT problem as you and did pretty much the same routine.

Try doing 15-20 reps on all your mevements, also utilise the 21 system.

I did this and got 1 inch in a month.
 
Drop the barbell...
Not only is it prone to bad form unless on a preacher bench or with a armblaster, your wrists are stuck in an akward position. If using the olympia bar instead of the ez curl.

Hit dumbells instead (alternating , hammer, bentover concentration). Great for both bicep heads and great for stablizers which will help your overall arm stregnth.
 
Do you have long arms or long forearms or small wrists and hands for your size? IMO - All of the above can contribute to decreased lifting ability resulting in less muscle or smaller arms.
