As far as the cycle goes it looks fine. I think you may be a little over cautious with using the hcgenerate and forma all the way through. At the earliest Id start the hcg at week 4, but if you wanna be safe go for it. I dont think you will need the forma until pct, but again if you wanna be safe a low dose should do. I have used beast and didnt have any gyno issues or bloat. Never used the katana but I hear good things. As far as diet goes it looks clean. The only things Id add is a baked potato after training, and maybe a slow digesting pro shake before bed to give you a little extra boost while you sleep. I do have an issue with your training split and its day 2. An arm day after chest and before back is a bad idea. Your tris get hit while working chest, so by doing them the day after your cutting recovery short. Doing bis before back will hamper performance and cut recovery short. Id add tris to chest day, and bis to back day. Theres no need to have an arm day when your trying to grow. Use that extra day for recovery. You can do some cardio but let the muscles heal. I didnt see ab work listed, Im hoping you do them every training day. A strong core is essential for moving big weights. And as you know lifting big weights makes you big.

In regards to training abs everyday, I treat them like every other muscle and only hit them twice a week ( max 3 times ) with a day in between to allow recovery and growth. I think a lot of people over train their core.

I have actually already started the hcgenerate a week earlier just cause I really don't want to hav any libido problems. I will hold the forma till pct tho.
As far as abs/core go I forgot to mention it, I do core theee times a week at the end of workouts. I will also drop the arms day and do what you hav suggested.
Thankyou for the advice bro :)

I agree with this, I train my core 3x a week, any more than that and I am sore all the time.

I said every training day. So if you lift 4 days a week do abs 4 days a week. If you cant handle more than twice, that means your core isnt conditioned for it. So your undertrained. Having a six pack doesnt mean your muscle conditioning is high, it means your body fat is low. Abs are a small muscle group that recovers quickly and plays a huge role in stability.
