Atreyu
Limp Bizkit - "Break Stuff" (one of the all time pump you up songs)
Korn - Falling Away From me
Hatebreed - Live for this
Disturbed - "down with the sickness" -
Godsmack - "Keep Away" and "whatever"
...

these are a few good bands/songs I like

i just listen to whatever is on the radio in the gym. Wearing headphones while i workout bothers me for some reason. Also im afraid ill end up crushing my IPOD with a dumbell or somethin b/c i would normally keep it in my pocket.

O.K here are my two cc's
Pantera-most songs on Great Southern Trendkill, all thier stuff is great but Trendkill is just off the charts for aggression.
The obvious ones everyone has mentioned already (Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, etc.)

What I have not seen is a band that I suggestfor anyone training or going to war----- Pro-Pain, mostly anything from them, good starters are Foul Taste of Freedom, Death on the Dance Floor, Murder 101, Pound for Pound. All of the newr stuff is great too, it's just too much to list, but everyone check them out.

Oh man you said the magic word! Foul taste was my favorite TAPE for about a year. Love the drums on pound for pound.

In the workout rotation right now:

Meshuggah
Lamb of God
As I Lay Dying
Amon Amarth
Devil Driver
. . . .and a mix CD of the Priest, Disturbed, Godsmack, etc.
