trainer at the gym told me i looked g2g today... so if i can drop some water and keep the fullness, i should look redonkulous...
appt for spray tan @1030am... will get in my last shower after it sets, then cut water sometime early afternoon...
will start loading carbs in the morning and keep a close eye as the day goes... will start with low GI carbs like oats, and then as friday morning comes will be switching over to high GI, snicker's bars...
i kept my sodium high up through my last meal... so from here on out no more salt...
depending on how i look tomorrow night, i may begin lasix late tomorrow...
i have plenty of NO2 shots on hand... everything seems to be in line...
