happy belated anniversay, Moya! Great vid btw, wish I had the ability to video a bit of my journey.. love compilation stuff like that.

yea, im going to take the chip out of my camera when this is done and put it all on a CD... then hopefully in 10 years i can look back and see how much ive improved later on...
already setting up goals and another cycle for this year...

i will be cruising on 200mg test/wk for a couple months... then looking at somthing like
400 test/wk
200 npp/wk (to lube joints)
halo and winny...

year end goals include 550 competition deadlift and a 275 bench... will continue to compete @148... i still have room to grow in this class...
 
What is your height and weight buddy? It seems you started juicin a little before you reached your natural potential. If I saw you in the gym I would think you were natural. Now it makes me wonder about alot of guys in my gym, lol.

You did make some good improvements from your before pics, thats all hard work.
 
why waste time reaching a natural potential?... if you know how to diet and train properly that is...
someone could spend their entire life improving naturally, sure it would be a slow process, but what is the point of waiting for a certain arbitraty ammount of bodyweight to achieve...

trainer at the gym told me i looked g2g today... so if i can drop some water and keep the fullness, i should look redonkulous...
appt for spray tan @1030am... will get in my last shower after it sets, then cut water sometime early afternoon...
will start loading carbs in the morning and keep a close eye as the day goes... will start with low GI carbs like oats, and then as friday morning comes will be switching over to high GI, snicker's bars...
i kept my sodium high up through my last meal... so from here on out no more salt...
depending on how i look tomorrow night, i may begin lasix late tomorrow...
i have plenty of NO2 shots on hand... everything seems to be in line...
