thats a 10 week goal bto... honestly i think 50lbs is a pretty big increase for 10 weeks...I think you can put more than 50 lbs on your bench press bro. Doesnt seem like you did a whole lot of real heavy chest work this cycle (unless I'm misjudging and those bench warmups were pretty heavy for you).
The way you grew man I'd shoot higher on the bench, which you havent been working a while lot, than the squats, which it seems like you're already in pretty good shape there.
