I think you can put more than 50 lbs on your bench press bro. Doesnt seem like you did a whole lot of real heavy chest work this cycle (unless I'm misjudging and those bench warmups were pretty heavy for you).

The way you grew man I'd shoot higher on the bench, which you havent been working a while lot, than the squats, which it seems like you're already in pretty good shape there.
thats a 10 week goal bto... honestly i think 50lbs is a pretty big increase for 10 weeks...

...i am sooo kicking myself in the ass for not getting my upper chest up for this...

I wouldn't regret a thing,just look how for you have come,things can only get better from here.

Not only are you shredded, but man, what great size to the muscle too! Great job moya, very inspiring following you through your log and journey along side mine. Learned a lot from your log and outside thoughts.

You finished up amazing. I've got a few years on me to get to that level, and I can't wait. Grats on having such a fun and friendly competition together.

20min sauna.... weight stabilized @about 152.... 7lbs up from end of cycle... losing a little vascularity in the arms, but looks like i have more in my legs, interesting, considering i havent done any squats....
will be going as far as i can on the deadlifts with no belt...

no sir, i dont have any of what i'd need to jump back on. And its been out of my system for 11 days, i'td be another few before i had anything and i should be starting the rest my pct at that point. I also agree peptides would be an option, but i dug a HUGE financial hole with this contest and cant throw any more $$ at it.
