Holy Freking Hell! I'm a heavy squatter ,but those pistol squats were awsome,to me that (and this is just me )Looks like an accident waiting to happen, GREAT JOB!
i have been working with those for a while now... im pretty confident i can attempt somthing safely before i try it... its not a weight i just picked up and used out of randomness because i thought i could get it... ive used the half stability ball in the past and actualy done sets of 3 with bw to work on balance...
iow, there are many, more dangerous moves i do then this lol...
somtimes i think that im not even all that strong, i just have really good technique that helps me lift just that much more... not saying im not strong, but i do think good form and technique can take you quite a ways further...
