ive pretty much decided im going to do that USPA meet at the end of march... i will have to look to see when the deadline is to enter, still waiting on tax money, so as long as i get it in time im going to go for it...
im thinking by then i will easily be a solid 148 as im weighing about 153 right now...
i will be entering the open raw men's division... i will be changing up my routine a little to prepare... i will still be doing a lot of back work, and power shrugs, possibly rack pulls but i will be dropping deadlifts and squatting more often... my legs are looking great now too, so id like to see how far i can take them...
i will also keep benching 10x3, i like it and hopefully i can put up a PR bench...
