food i ate today...
breakfast
6egg whites
1whole egg
scrambled with chives and white onion
4 slices turkey bacon
1c kashi cereal + 1c skim milk

meal
8oz salmon
sweet potato fries (baked)
8oz skim milk

snack
2oz peanuts
1/2 banana

break @ work
2(8oz total) ground turkey patties
4baby carrots
1c brown rice

lunch break
8oz chicken breast
1c brown rice
2oz broccoli

2nd break
salad with:
1 can tuna
chives
1/2 stalk celery
1oz almonds
1/2 tsp olive oil
8 medium shrimp
pinch of cheese

drive home
10oz skim milk+1 scoop muscle milk

have two meals to go....
first,
8oz salmon
avocado slices

before bed
8oz chicken breast
in bed by 2am pst... i work swing shift and get up at 9am...
 
Hey bro thanks for postin up your diet.
Just FYI, most peeps tend to do better using other nuts then penuts. You may wanna check that out with RADAR.

yes, im just trying to keep my sanity right now... when it comes down to the last month there will be no dairy, or peanuts... but for now i am using both peanuts and almonds- unless you think that will ruin my diet- but if i eat a lot of almonds i may get an alergic reaction as i have in the past...
i will also be using olives as a healthy fat source... my wife is lagging on the groceries though... lol...
 
ok, started am fasted cardio today... thankfully i have a jogger stroller, because i have the baby in the morning...
i will be doing fasted cardio in the am on tues, thurs and sat mornings...
because i do my weights m,w,f i wont be able to do it those days... and sundays i go into work at 530am...
