hey
Lately I started to lift in themorning empty stomach,I really not a morning person but it fits better in my schedule.
I feel the usual pump but I need to lower my usual weight by 10-15%!!So should I just stick with the evening training??
or should I have a shake or somethin in the morning??
but the same time when I have a shake will I still burn fast for energy??
please let me know.

I would suggest getting up a little earlier and getting something in your stomach. You need energy to train!

When I started lifting in the mornings (even when I had already eaten), I had to lower my weight a little at first. It took my body a little while to adjust to the early morning work outs.

Id definitely eat something to give your body the fuel to work out.

I bowl of oatmeal and some light protein should give you some evergy. Lifting on an empty stomach is no good. . .except for on leg day.

You'll adjust - just give it another week or two. I've trained early morning on an empty stomach without problems, but it's better to get at least a scoop of protein in you on your way to the gym. That way, the aminos are kickin' in by the time you finish your workout and need them for repair/recovery.

Depends on your goals, but assuming you are lifting for strength and / or size, I would definitely recommend you get some carbs and protein down at least an hour and a half before your workout.

Its tough to eat early in the morning, so a good meal replacement shake might be your best bet along with some oatmeal or cereal. If you don’t eat anything after going all night without food, you just will not have any energy. This is probably a good recipe for catabolism.
