That's good advice, i'm starting to gag a protein shakes myself. Does anyone have suggestions to put vanilla whey protein in? Need ideas!

Crystal Light Powder - they make many flavors, most are virtually calorie and suagr free

No Sug/No Fat Pudding Powder or Jello Powder - like 1/2 tsp will be plenty

Vanilla Flavoring (or any flavoring like Almond, etc)
Natty BP
Cinnamon

here's something that i've been making lately....there's so much of it that i just eat it for like 4 days... it's called broccoli-cheese breakfast casserole
1/2 lb ground pork sausage or cubed ham
1 small onion
1 10 oz pkg of frozen broccoli, thawed
6 oz bag of low-fat shredded cheese (the 3 cheese blend)
8 large eggs (i'm sure you could use a couple of eggs and several whites though)
1 c. low-fat ricotta cheese
1/4 c skim milk
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Cook sausage/ham and onion in skillet on medium-high heat until done
Toss together meat/onion mixture, broccoli, and 1/2 c of the cheese blend. Spoon lightly into greased 11x7 baking dish
Stir 1/2 c. of cheese, eggs, and next 4 ingredients...pour over mixture in dish
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top
Bake (covered) at 350 for 30 mins; then uncover and bake 15 more mins. ENJOY!!

Now THAT sounds tasty!!!!!! :p
