Hatfield Squat
100kg x 8 reps, 220kg x 8 reps and a weight/rep PB of 370kg/838lbs x 4 (yep I bled again)
Leg Press
250kg x 10 reps, 450kg x 10 reps and what I think was 730kg x 6 reps (didn't count it to double check just filled it)
Tuesday
Played around with the new thick handled dumbbell by Mark Haydock Seated Press
w/up then 60kg x 8, 85kg x 6 and 125kg/275lbs x 4 reps (1-2 more there)
60mm/2 and 3/8ths of an inch thick handled dumbbell deadlift
Lots of faffing with collars and making the set up feel tight / solid
set up +40kg x 3 x 3 reps then 60kg/132lbs x 3 x 3 both hands. Dead level. Then a slightly tilted +80kg/176lbs x 1 r/h only
Thursday Dumbbell Curls
w/up, 15kg x 8 reps, 25kg x 8 reps, 35kg x 8 reps
Skull Crushers / Tricep Pressdown
Should have been just TPD
bar x 20 reps, 29kg x 12 reps, 49kg x reps. Loaded the bar then remembered cos I'm a dumb a** lol. So TPD 19p x 4 reps PB
Standing BB Wrist Curls

Thick Handled Dumbbell Work
Slight balls up on my part. Meant to add 1.25kg/2.5lbs but added 3.75kg. Corrected so worked to 61.25kg/133lbs x 2 x 3 reps
Bwt (yesterday) 329lbs. Gonna up sus/deca cycle by 50%
