This is my 2nd post and I'm glad to be here. EliteFitness seems to have very knowledgable members. Now on to my question:
I have a MMA fight coming up soon, in about 6 weeks. I am currently 13 lbs over my weight class. Not a big deal, I am doing a paleo diet and training a lot. Plus I plan to take away sodium towards the last 5 days and shed some water weight.
I would love to add GW-501516 for weight loss, but mostly for endurance benefits. I was planing on doing 5mg GW-501516 upon waking and pre-afternoon workout. So 10 mg a day total for 4 weeks.
1. Gastric cancer has been brought up in regards to GW-501516, is there anything I can do to limit the possibility of this besides not eating smoked foods?
2. Also based on the gylcogen change; is my paleo diet a problem, or chromium picolinate supplementation with GW-501516?
