What do most people prefer to mix their protein with, and are their any downsides to using Non Fat milk? I am not lactose intolerant, so i figure Im getting an extra 15 grams of milk protein from using non-fat milk....
ya, i'd say it depends on your goals. for me, i cant stand whey in water. so i use non-fat milk even when cutting. but then again i'm only drinking two shakes a day, and one has oj in it instead.
