Milk BAD?!!!

My blood type is O and I have no problem with dairy products(personal experience) :)

First off milk shouldn't be your main source of protein. And if we can use only 7% of the protein in milk because of denaturation of the protein, that would mean every time we consume eggs, meat ect... we are only getting around 7% protein, which is hard to believe.( I know the vaules would be different i'm just making a point).
Like the others stated above, its high in fat, and sugar, so it would not help in precontest preperation.

Type 0 here too, I use to drink about 1/2 gallon of 1-2% milk everyday. No sides. (I loved cereal as a kid, still do heh too bad I overeat it waay too much anytime I go near any of it)

My sister is lactose intolerant, shes not blood 0.
Shes the only one in the immediate family that is intolerant and I can't think of anyone related to me that is also intolerant.

Also a friend of the families Son is lactose intolerant, hes the only one in their family intolerant as well (he has ceral w/ soda WTF thats sick).

So far, it doesn't seem to have that much relation to inheritance. So the fact that certain blood types of people are more likey than others sounds like crap. I'll admit that is a good marketing approach to sell a book, Eating based on blood type it gives a sense of an eating plan that more geared for you so you "know" it will work.

I'll agree the only thing bad about milk is its sugar content. btw house milks sugar rank compared to other sugars?

The anti-milk propaganda is based on pseudo-science and hype. VALDEZ, you should ask for your money back from the personal trainer, or tell him to use the money to get some "edumacatin' ". Even with heating and partial denaturation of proteins, there is still very high bioavailability, milk is higher than 60% if I remember correctly.

The idea that milk is made for cows, so we shouldn't eat it is retarded also...it is a food that man has been able to utilize for centuries. Honey is made for bees, should we not eat that too? The human digestive process is well adapted for near unlimited food choices.

well dude tell me if this makes sense

Ok lets say im a hunter and gatherer .....will I A)Sucl on the nipples of the animal B)kill it and eat it ...I think I made my point clear .........I m so smart .....!!!!:D
