Meal Replacement Shakes/Weight gainers?

I need a Meal Replacement shake for when im busy and can't eat a real meal. It needs to have a good protein to carb count and Ill be having about 700+ calories from it. Does anyone have a good suggestion for one? And if this will be replacing one of my 7 meals a day how much fiber should be in it?

I really like Syntha 6 but I've recently tried true mass and it has such a bad taste to it compareitviely.

gainers are filled with sugars you don't want that make it with whey, casein, oatmeal, aldmonds a banana and a little honey and if you need more cals put some nat peanut butter in it.

I don't have the time to be doing that is the problem. Also have you checked most gainers lately ? There is hardly any sugar in them at all. So if that's your reasoning it's not a very good one.

is using a blender an option?

if so,

1 1/2 cup oats
2 1/2 cups milk
1 scoop whey or casein
handful of peanuts or peanut butter

if you need a powder, you can go on proteinfactory.com they have a thing where you can order custom mixed powders, you can put oats, egg, casein, they have an omega 3 powder, milk powder, whatever you need

It will result on a very thick drink, how can you drink that stuff?

Well give them a try and let me know in a couple of months what you think of them and also let me know what did you take

Also might want to think about adding NTBM protein bars in there between meals for alittle extra protien, cals and carbs

I think a lot of the mass gainers are filled with sugar, most MRP's are about 300 cals max - not full of sugar
